This routine has 3 big movements that will help you strengthen your glutes muscles and get gains 🍑
Always remember to use a weight that's not too heavy and has a good form.
But first, Warm-up, please😁🌞
A1) BB Box squat 10-12 reps
A2) One-arm row 8 reps/side
Repeat x 3-4 sets
B1) BB Hipthrust 10-12
B2) Bodyweight Hipthrust 10-12
Repeat x 3-4 sets
C1) BB American deadlift 8-10 reps
C2) DB incline press 8 reps
Repeat x 3-4 sets
Rest 60-90 seconds per set 😉
